    This one-week summer school provides an introduction to the exciting world of semiconductor research and industry, together with local partners such as Bosch, GlobalFoundries, Infineon, and X-Fab.

    Semiconductor Talent Incubation Program Taiwan – STIPT

    • Joint initiative of the Free State of Saxony, TU Dresden, and TSMC
    • Offers students from Saxony a six-month stay abroad combining an academic program at a Taiwanese university in the semiconductor field with an internship at TSMC in Taiwan
    • TU Dresden cooperates with Taiwanese universities – in 2024, National Taiwan University (NTU) served as a cooperation partner; additional Taiwanese universities will join in 2025
    • Study and internship stays funded by the Free State of Saxony and may be recognized based on agreements between Saxon universities, Taiwanese universities, and TSMC
