ForLab member starts project in the DFG's “Taiwan-German Collaboration in Research” program

Great success for network member Prof. Heitmann / ForLab Mat4μ! Together with Prof. Tian-Li Wu (International college of semiconductor Technology, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University), Prof. Johannes Heitmann (Institute of Applied Physics (IAP), Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg) successfully applied for the prestigious Taiwan-German Collaboration in Research, NSTC-DFG Funding Program. Their joint research project is entitled “Development and Reliability Improvement of Ferroelectric FinFETs for Emerging Memory and Neuromorphic Applications (ReFinE). The National Science and Technology Council, Taiwan (NSTC) and the German Research Foundation (DFG) will fund this outstanding collaborative research project for a period of up to three years.
